Building Bridges Award - 2013
Does an organization you know do something special for our community?
Submit your nominations for the KPP Building Bridges Service Award today!
Inspired by Martin Luther King's National Day of Service, the Kids' Pasta Project honors our local community organizations through the KPP Building Bridges Service Award!
Community organizations who want to nominate themselves for the award or others who wish to nominate them should answer the following questions:
1. How is your organization strengthening our community?
2. In what ways does your organization work to empower individuals to serve their community?
3. How does your organization serve to build bridges between different people and groups in the community?
Please email nominations to kidspastaproject@gmail.com by January 4.
Kids Pasta Project volunteers will be invited to participate in the process of choosing the organization that will receive the award.
The award will be presented at Kids' Pasta Project Dinner on Martin Luther King, Jr. National Day of Service, January 21, 2013 at Scenic Mesa Ranch.
This has proven to be a very positive way for volunteers to learn about and celebrate our community!
